Compliance - Policies and Procedures

On an annual basis you are required to review the Plan Advisors Marketing Code of Ethics and HealthSun/Anthem Compliance Policies and Procedures in order to continue to represent this carrier.  HealthSun is a subsidiary of Anthem and must comply with Anthem compliance policies.  You will be reminded to review these policies each year between March 1st and April 15th.

  • Review the Anthem Standards of Ethical Business Conduct
  • Complete the form at the bottom of this page and upload attestation form

Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) Or Compliance Violations

Agents have the ethical responsibility to report any suspected FWA or compliance violations without fear of reprisal or retaliation.  When reporting ethics violations, you should include the contact information for source of information and details of the allegation and identification of what Medicare rule was violated.
