Step 1: CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED

Step 2: You will be asked to enter your SSN.  You will use your individual SSN and NPN anywhere requested (Not your Agency)

Step 3: You will be asked for a Registration Code - IMPORTANT – enter PlanAdvisors2020Direct (no spaces)

Step 4: You will set up you account profile using your demographic information. You will also set a user ID and password

Step 5: You will now be brought to Miramar Agent. Log in using your newly created User Id and Password.

Step 6: When in the Miramar Agent Dashboard – Select “Profile” and make any needed updates

Step 7: Confirm the program name - Devoted 2020 Core Certification Program - Direct Payee and start the Certification from the agent dashboard

Step 8: Complete all the requested pages including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Agent Agreement
  • Assignment of Commissions (if necessary)
  • Agency Assignment (if necessary)
  • W-9 (if necessary)
  • Direct Deposit Form (if necessary)
  • Background Check Consent
  • Medicare Core Training – IMPORTANTyou can upload AHIP if completed
  • CMS Fraud, Waste & Abuse Training or equivalency upload (AHIP)
  • CMS Compliance Training or equivalency upload (AHIP)
  • Devoted 2020 Agent Certification Training
  • State Selection
  • License Check
  • Appointment

Step 9: When all sections are completed successfully, you will receive a Ready to Sell (RTS) email applicable to the state selection you made in the State Selection Form. The 2020 certification will also cover business written with 2019 effective dates.

The appointment process can take up to 7 business days. If you select both FL & TX, you will receive two RTS emails.
